In-service Teacher Training
- ■The Training to Improve Leaders for Special Needs Education Policy, Educational Research and Educational Practices in each Prefecture
- This institute offers the leader training in special needs education for l year and for 2 months, and also workshops for 2 days and 3 days. Most of these people are actively engaged in special needs education at schools, educational agencies and organizations.
Since the commencement of training programs in 1972, the National Institute of Special Needs Education has trained approximately 940 teachers in long-term programs, and 7,250 in short-term programs, and 7,150 in workshops. - ■ List of Training Programme, 2008
